We are thrilled to announce the successful passage of both propositions in the recent Special Election held on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, within the Roosevelt Fire District. This landmark vote marks a significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to enhance fire safety and emergency response capabilities for our community.

Election Results Overview:

Thanks to the overwhelming support and participation from our residents, the Roosevelt Fire District will move forward with:

  • The construction of a new, state-of-the-art 8,000 square foot fire station at 51 Park Avenue, Roosevelt, equipped with modern facilities and equipment. This project, valued at approximately $7,772,672, represents a major step forward in our infrastructure and capability to respond to emergencies.
